DGI Huset

The rain fell steadily as I walked from the train station to DGI Huset in Herning. This town in central Jutland has that quiet, practical feel, with wide streets and modern buildings that blend into the flat landscape. I had heard about their saunagus sessions and decided to check one out on a weekday afternoon.

Inside, the place buzzed with locals heading to the pools or fitness areas. I paid the entrance fee at the front desk, no extra charge for the saunagus itself.
