Hågaby Forest Sauna

Swedish “forest-sauna” traditions tend to combine wood-fired heat with proximity to nature, a ritual of warmth, cooling dips in fresh water, and peaceful surroundings.

If Hågaby did follow that tradition, I imagine the experience would be deeply calming: stepping into a wooden, modest sauna, feeling the rustic heat slowly draw tension out of muscles, and then emerging to breathe fresh forest air. That contrast between intense warmth and the crisp outdoors is what makes forest saunas uniqu, leaving you feeling grounded, light, and quietly refreshed.
